When you enroll your child at CASG, the Instructor will help you to fill out and sign the enrolli form, asking for your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other informa necessary to serve your child's education needs. Similar information will need to be colle regarding your child. This information is subsequently transmitted to us.

During your child's enrollment at CASG, we will collect information about your child's study progi from our Instructor and thorough visits to CASG. This information helps to support the Instructor v the operation of the CASG. We will serve to develop and improve CASG instructional methods learning materials, and for other purposes listed below in "How We Use Personal Information" these purposes and with your prior consent, we may also record videos of your child studying.

If you request information through our website or have requested that we schedule a pare orientation meeting at CASG, you will be prompted to provide your name, email address, physical addre and telephone number. It is mandated that we collect and store this information to allow us communicate with you regularly and send you the information you have requested; or to schedual parent orientation meeting. We also may use this information to periodically send you, by email or text, various marketing information.

At the time of enrollment, you will receive a copy of your child's enrollment form containing the Personal Information you have given to the CAG Instructor. This information will be transmitted to us by the Instructor. You can update or edit Personal Information you have entered on your child's enrollment form by updating this information with your child's CASG Instructor at CASG.

You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data; to correct, delete or restrict processinging of your personal data; and to obtain the personal data you provide to us for a contract or with your consent in a structured, machine readable format.
